Preparing Your Logo
Vector artwork is preferred, including AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF files. High-resolution black-and-white PNG files may also work. Send what you have and we will review it.
Results depend on the material, coating, colour and product shape. We may recommend testing or request a physical sample when the material or finish is uncertain.

What materials can you laser engrave?
Depending on the product, we can work with suitable wood, acrylic, coated drinkware, leather, slate, glass and metals. We review the exact material before confirming production.
What is the difference between CO₂ and fibre laser engraving?
A CO₂ laser is suited to many non-metal materials, while a fibre laser is designed for marking suitable metals and some engineered materials. We choose the equipment based on the item.
Can you engrave items that I supply?
Sometimes. Customer-supplied items must be reviewed first because unknown coatings and materials can produce unpredictable results. We will confirm suitability before accepting the project.
Can every item have a different name?
Yes, many projects can include individual names, numbers, dates or titles. Supply a carefully checked list with your quote request.
Do you serve customers outside Waterloo?
Yes. We serve local customers through our Waterloo showroom and work with businesses, teams and organizations across Canada. Shipping options depend on the order.
