1. Sponsor

The Black Loon × BLD Custom Tumbler Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by By L.A.W. Designs Inc. (“BLD”), 110 Frobisher Drive, Unit 3, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Black Loon products are featured as the prize; Black Loon is not the sponsor or administrator of this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and immediate family or household members of BLD are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins when the official Giveaway post is published by @bylawdesigns on Instagram on August 13, 2026, and ends on August 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Giveaway Period”). BLD’s records will be the official timekeeping method.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve the odds of winning.

5. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, an eligible participant may receive one standard entry by completing all of the following:

1. Follow @bylawdesigns on Instagram;
2. Like the official Giveaway post; and
3. Comment on the official Giveaway post and tag one friend.

One standard entry is permitted per person, regardless of the number of comments or friends tagged.

6. Bonus Entry

An eligible participant may receive one additional bonus entry by sharing the official Giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @bylawdesigns during the Giveaway Period. Participants with private accounts must send @bylawdesigns a direct-message screenshot showing the qualifying Story before the Giveaway Period ends. The Story must be verifiable by BLD. One bonus entry is permitted per person.

The maximum number of entries is two per person: one standard entry and one bonus entry.

7. Prize

One prize is available: one Black Loon 600 mL ceramic-lined tumbler customized by BLD with the confirmed winner’s name, initials or an approved design. The approximate retail value of the prize is $60 CAD.

Customization is subject to BLD’s approval, production capabilities and intellectual-property requirements. The prize is not transferable, has no cash value and cannot be substituted by the winner. BLD may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8. Random Draw and Odds

On August 21, 2026, BLD will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received. Each eligible standard entry will appear once in the draw, and each verified bonus entry will appear one additional time. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Verification

The selected entrant will be contacted only through the official @bylawdesigns Instagram account. To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

1. Respond within 48 hours of BLD’s first contact attempt;
2. Confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules;
3. Correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and
4. Provide the information reasonably required to arrange customization and delivery or pickup.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, does not meet the eligibility requirements, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the entrant will be disqualified and BLD may select another potential winner by random draw.

10. Delivery or Pickup

BLD will arrange pickup at 110 Frobisher Drive, Unit 3, Waterloo, Ontario, or standard delivery within Canada at BLD’s discretion. The winner is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. BLD is not responsible for delivery delays, loss caused by incorrect information or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Publicity and Privacy

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that BLD may announce the winner’s Instagram username and may photograph or display the completed prize for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Information collected will be used only to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, customize and deliver the prize, and satisfy legal obligations.

12. General Conditions

BLD may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated beyond the permitted limit, submitted through multiple accounts by the same person, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules. BLD may cancel, suspend, extend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, platform interruption or another circumstance beyond BLD’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

BLD’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry verification, the draw and administration of the Giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless BLD, Instagram and Meta, and their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives, from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

14. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. Each participant completely releases Instagram and Meta from responsibility relating to the Giveaway. Participants understand that they are providing their information to BLD and not to Instagram or Meta.

15. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of the participant’s province or territory of residence.
